Where can you find the hotel's address and the telephone number?

Look for the name of the hotel at the bottom of the page, below you will find the address and the telephone number corresponding to each hotel.

Does the hotel offer hotel-airport-hotel transportation?

No, we do not offer a pick-up service included. If you need a transfer service, you can contact us at the e-mail: reservas@hotelesmabey.com, there we will indicate the rate according to the type of transport and number of people.

Where can I find detailed information about the hotel?

Enter our website and select Hotel Mabey Cusco or Hotel Mabey Urubamba, there you will find detailed information on each hotel.

Until what age do children stay free of charge?

Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. Applies for a maximum occupancy of 1 child per room.

How can I reserve a crib?

If you need to reserve a crib, please contact us at vallesagrado@hotelesmabey.com, we only have this service in our hotel in Urubamba.

From what time can you check in to the hotel?

You can check-in from 12pm. Check out is until 9am in the morning. Our reception hours are until 11pm. In case of having an income after these hours. Please let us know.

How do I request an early arrival or late departure from the hotel?

Contact our reservations area or each establishment to coordinate arrival or departure, as these may vary and be subject to current availability. If available, you will be informed of the rate to apply for each case.

What are the cancellation policies?

If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation according to our hotel cancellation policies indicated at the time of making your reservation.

Breakfast hours?

Breakfast will be served from 6am to 9am. If they need to have breakfast before for any reason. Communicate it upon arrival.

Is there parking at the hotel?

Yes, we have parking at our Urubamba Hotel, it is free and private.

Do you have a place to store suitcases?

Yes, we have a storage room for suitcases, you can leave them before your check-in or check-out, while you carry out your activities.

General TERMS AND CONDITIONS of contracting accommodation services

The use of the services will imply full acceptance of the general terms and conditions.

1. Prices per room and night: The estimated price at the time of the request is subject to availability. Prices are valid in writing and during the period indicated therein. Mabey Hotels reserves the right to modify rates without prior notice when there are justifiable reasons.

2. The entry and exit times are as follows: Arrival time (Check-in): 12pm, Departure Time (Check-out): 9am

3. All individual reservations canceled up to 72 hours before noon of check-in have no charge. Reservations canceled after this period applies No show corresponding to the first night of accommodation of the reservation + taxes.

4. Changes in the reservation, date, type of room, etc. They will be subject to our availability and current rate.

5. All those services that are not detailed in the reservation, imply an additional cost - charge. Extras, drinks, laundry, calls, transfers, etc.

6. Passengers who present a foreign passport are exempt from paying the IVA (general sales tax). National and foreign passengers residing in Peru are subject to IVA
